Norfolk Island Pines are a tropical tree native to Norfolk Island. Growing in their natural habitat, they can reach over 100 feet tall. They make a great houseplant and are very easy to care for. Make sure to provide your Norfolk Island Pine with Bright, Indirect light or Direct light. The more light you give your plant, the faster it will grow. Water your plant about once a week, and make sure it doesn't sit dry. Your plant will also benefit from extra humidity.

Norfolk Island Pines will grow beautifully outdoors, but they are not winter hardy and should be brought inside once temperatures dip below 55 degrees. Spring through Fall, keep your Norfolk Island Pine in Full to Partial Shade and make sure it is not receiving any hot, direct sun. Water about every 4-6 days with moderate temperatures. You may need to water your Norfolk Island Pine more frequently during periods with high temperatures.
