Philodendron Burle Marx is as easy going as they come. This glossy Philo sports elongated heart shaped leaves with random splashes of white and gold. The variegated form will grow slowly compared to its solid green companion, but easily none the less. Burle Marx will grow in almost any light level, and even handle some direct sun. Allow the soil to dry out in between waterings. Your Burle Marx is potted in a fast draining aroid mix so be sure to water as soon as the soil is dry. Providing higher levels of humidity will quickly encourage the plant to climb & push out large beautiful leaves.

Philodendron grow very well outdoors, but they are not winter hardy and should be brought inside once temperatures dip below 55 degrees. Spring through Fall, keep your Philodendron in Full to Partial Shade and make sure it is not receiving any hot, direct sun. Water once your plant has had a chance to dry out, usually about every 4-5 days outdoors with moderate temperatures. During periods of extreme heat, you may need to water your Philodendron every 2-3 days.
