When will my order ship?

We package and ship orders on Monday and Tuesday. Any orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 pm will ship out the following week. 


What method of shipping?

We ship USPS 2 Day Priority to guarantee that your plants are in the box as little time as possible. We also offer USPS Priority Express.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping. But hope to someday soon!

 

Will my plant arrive pre-potted?

At this time, plants and planters will be shipped separately. 

 

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for our plants, unless your plant is damaged upon arrival. Please send us photos of your plant and a description of the damage to hello@growplantshop.com and we will get you sorted. We will honor returns on unused planters, but the customer must pay the shipping cost.

 

I see a plant that I want on your Instagram, but it's not on your web store. Can I have it shipped?

This is a possibility! Shoot us an email or DM on Instagram with the plant that you're interested in and we'll let you know.
