GROWING INDOORS

Scindapsus Pictus is a gorgeous, silver leafed plant that climbs trees and branches in its natural habitat. While it would love to climb a moss pole in your home, you can also grow your Silvery Ann as a vining plant. They are relatively low maintenance and easy to grow, however they are sensitive to extreme temperatures, drafts, and overwatering. Keep your Scindapsus in a spot that receives Medium to Bright, Indirect light and give it a good soak once a week. Only water every other week in the Winter months.

GROWING OUTDOORS

Scindapsus Pictus will grow beautifully outdoors, but they are not winter hardy and should be brought inside once temperatures dip below 55 degrees. Spring through Fall, keep your Scindapsus in Full Shade and make sure it is not receiving any hot, direct sun. Water once your plant has had a chance to dry out, usually about every 4-6 days with moderate temperatures. You may need to water your Scindapsus every 2-3 days during periods of extreme heat.
